My research and teaching focuses on how Jewish philosophy can contribute to contemporary debates in moral philosophy and feminist philosophy In my dissertation, I argue that Jewish philosophy offers a novel approach to combining deontological and virute ethical moral theories. This ethical theoretical approach can, in turn, help us rethink contemporary moral conversations about race and gender. In addition to my dissertation, I am also working on a project on the role of abstraction in feminist philosophy.
