Sometimes, what you alone ought to do seems to conflict with what you together with another agent ought to do. The prospect of such conflict raises the question whether first-personal plural ‘ought’ judgments of the form ‘You and I together ought to φ’ can be genuinely deliberative. In this talk, I argue that they can be. I then show how this thesis can be reconciled with familiar arguments against the possibility of practical dilemmas.
