Joseph joined the department in 2022 after completing undergraduate degrees in Philosophy (Honors) and Classical Studies at Indiana University. His primary interests lie at the intersection of philosophy of language, epistemology, and metaphysics. He is particularly interested in Hilary Putnam’s work on reference, apriority, and related topics. Joseph has secondary interests in Early Modern philosophy and philosophy of religion. He is married and has two children.
