After owning an exotic pet store and a decade long career as an animal wrangler for movies and TV shows, Robert returned to school at UCSD, double majoring in philosophy and cognitive & behavioral neuroscience. Joining Yale in 2019, he is working on a joint Ph.D. in philosophy and psychology where his interests involve naturalized epistemology, philosophy of mind/language, and moral psychology. Robert also researches visual perception, representation, and memory in Professor Scholl’s Perception and Cognition Laboratory.
